Welcome To
Resilient Tree Coaching

Education is a changing climate, and teachers get tossed around in its storms. Let's weather it with resilience together.

Educators are like trees in a forest. Outside forces threaten to snap their branches and unearth their roots.

You can grow into the resilient tree that sways with the winds and remains grounded.

Resilient Tree Coaching exists to guide you through the changing educational climate so you can stay rooted in yourself, interconnect with those around you, and grow towards something new.

The changing educational climate can leave educators feeling uprooted.

Does this sound familiar?

  • You or your team toss around the term “burnout.”

  • You feel like you’re fighting for scarce resources.

  • You know it shouldn’t be this way, but you find it hard to ask for help or articulate what you need.

  • When problems arise, you feel reactive and struggle to find a path forward.

Educator coaching is
a path toward

new growth.

  • I will help you find the roots of your values and your “why.”

  • I will help you recognize the resources around you, and tap into them.

  • Together we will work on noticing your needs and finding a way to communicate them.

  • Together we will approach problems and solutions from a mentality of abundance, so you can grow towards something new!

I’ve Weathered Some Storms

Hi, I’m Krista.

I help educators tap into their resilience so that every teacher can teach from a place of support and connection every day. In my decade of classroom experience, I weathered many storms and changes:

  • new curriculum

  • changing team dynamics

  • personal health challenges

  • shifts in leadership

  • family transitions

  • setting personal boundaries

  • understanding my purpose as a teacher

Throughout these storms, I noticed a difference between the years when I had support and the years when I felt I didn’t.

Compassionate support helped me root into my identity, make decisions with a sturdy yet flexible approach, and remain open to new opportunities for growth.

As a coach, I am committed to doing the same for you.

I use my training through Bright Morning Consulting, my experience in various roles in education, and my habit of collecting bits of wisdom from a variety of sources to come alongside you and guide you through the storm. We'll inspect your roots, grow your trunk, and open your branches, so you can become a resilient tree.

Let’s weather the changes of education and nurture flourishing together!
